The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They went out of their way to explain everything to us and provided us with extra amenities like umbrellas. The hotel was also conveniently located, being close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Room toward the main street is very noisy. No air condition: on a hot day you either sweat and cannot sleep or you have the window open and cannot sleep due to the noise

During my recent stay at Boutique City Hotel Gallo, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The receptionist in particular was exceptional, providing detailed explanations and even lending me an umbrella when it was raining. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance to major attractions. The room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a second socket near the bed and some noise from traffic when the windows were open, these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend Boutique City Hotel Gallo for anyone visiting St. Gallen. my stay was enjoyable and I would gladly return in the future.

Triple room was insulated from the next room by a single not sound-insulated door, which made privacy near impossible. Breakfast correct but could make an effort

Heater did not work so much and it was cold in the room. also there was no blanket. In the breakfast room window should be cleaned. TV and bed side table are unit, but they should change, there need no TV perhaps.

Great location close to restaurants and city center. The hotel facilities are top-notch with a beautiful garden view. Cleanliness was a priority here, and the room was spotless. Transportation was easy with parking and nearby bus stops. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent advice for exploring the city.

During our stay at Boutique City Hotel Gallo, we were impressed by the excellent location. It was just a short walk or a few bus stops away from the main station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with the host and his wife taking great care of all the guests. It truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed in a double bed room with a beautiful view of the surroundings, and the comfortable and new bathroom with a shower was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start our day, with a variety of options available. The WiFi also worked very well throughout the hotel.

Despite the fantastic experience, the noise from the street was slightly bothersome during the busy fairgrounds events nearby.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay, the breakfast was varied with fresh yoghurt, cereal, eggs, ham. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was key, with easy access to the train station and the city center. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, even helping us find local restaurants that were open during the holiday.

The bathroom could use an update with old soap bars and thin towels. not having air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable during the warm weather, but the fan provided helped to cool down the room.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a gorgeous bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always willing to offer great recommendations and help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was a delicious and filling continental spread. We also loved how close it was to all the best restaurants and attractions in town.

We had a slightly noisy room facing the road, but it was still quite quiet with the windows closed. The ventilation system could be a little loud at times, but it wasn't too bothersome.
